With over 15 years of experience in employee development, Jay has worked with

ExxonMobil. In addition, Jay has brought consulting services to smaller

Jay holds a
Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Northeastern
University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from
Northern Arizona University. Jay is also an Adjunct Professor of Human
Resources at Suffolk University in Boston. Jay is active in SBANE the Smaller Business
Association of New England and the Society of Professional Consultants.
BRENDA SMITH, Managing Partner & Founder
For more than 17 years, Brenda Smith has served as a human resource executive and employment attorney, focused on consulting and employment law for a wide range of organizations including government, higher education, and industry. Most recently, she held the Chief Human Resources Officer position for North Idaho College in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Before her Idaho adventure, she served as the Director of Human Resources for Pearson, Inc. a Fortune 100 Company based in New York.
Ms. Smith utilizes her extensive background in law and human resources to focus on, management principles, legal risk assessment and benefits consulting. Brenda has improved performance and accomplished unprecedented results for the individuals and organizations she has served.
As an accomplished IronMan triathlete, Brenda has become a sought after public speaker and professional coach speaking to a variety of organizations throughout the United States and Canada. Brenda shares the strategies she has developed for achieving higher levels of excellence and has transformed thousands of individuals and organizations to discover their own unlimited potential.
