ExxonMobil. In addition, Jay has brought consulting services to smaller
regional organizations, helping them meet their strategic objectives.
Jay draws
upon his practical client services experience and background in learning and
development to provide insights and practical tools that will allow businesses
to develop their workforce to meet the demanding needs of today’s competitive
marketplace.
Jay holds a
Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Northeastern
University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from
Northern Arizona University. Jay is also an Adjunct Professor of Human
Resources at Suffolk University in Boston. Jay is active in SBANE the Smaller Business
Association of New England and the Society of Professional Consultants.
